A new front door for an award-winning digital mental health platform.

MOST is an award winning digital mental health platform designed for young people. The service was co-designed with young people by Orygen Digital’s team of researchers, clinicians, computer scientists, creative writers, comic developers, and digital designers. We set out to transform their website from a functional, information-heavy static site into a compelling, dynamic experience that better reflects MOST's innovative approach to supporting young people.

The original website was text-heavy with limited visual appeal that didn't capture the energy and humanity of MOST’s unique proposition. Working closely with the internal team, we took a holistic approach: clarifying the value proposition, redefining the user experience, then redeveloping the content, imagery, iconography, interactions and animations. Research revealed that while users wanted to be reassured that MOST is a safe space designed by mental health experts, they also needed the platform to feel accessible, engaging and personally relevant. We developed multiple homepage versions tailored to different user pathways, ensuring every visitor can find their way into the ecosystem through messaging that spoke directly to their needs.

The entire user experience and interface was reimagined from the ground up, optimising the excellent visual identity system our friends at MASS agency had previously created. Built in Webflow, the new site features contemporary UI design, interactive content, and engaging animations that truly bring MOST to life. Most importantly the humanity is dialled up and the product is ready to connect with its audiences. MOST retains its clinical credibility but is now more welcoming, inviting and empowering. The result successfully bridges the gap between therapeutic expertise and the dynamic, youth-centric experience that today's users expect from their mental health tools.
